Recently Forworld got information about someone sold Blu-ray Disc Player manufactured by Forworld Electronics Co., via online auction. Refer to this case, Forworld never obtained any notice in advance and totally disagreed this behavior causing infringement under Blu-ray Disc Association contract. Forworld deeply deplored this occurrence!

Hence, Forworld claimed that Forworld Electronics Co., Ltd never authorized any company which can obtain approval on public marketing. Regarding to the Blu-ray Disc Player with brand “PONY”, Forworld offered some samples for demonstration to our customers and also notified any sale was not allowed. Concerning this sale event through online, Forworld had claimed to request PONY terminating public marketing to avoid any infringement. Forworld immediately released formal document referring to stop cooperation with PONY Company. From now henceforth, any sale and infringement from PONY Company has nothing to do with Forworld Electronics Co., Ltd.
